1st Tow with the under reach added to W-17

Tractor trailer unit with reefer unit of frozen food crashed into the median
I-91 North. At full speed sheared 20" tree off and it fell back across the
cab of the tractor. Ascutney Volunteer Fire Department put their Quint to
work and cut the tree into sections. T-T unit was extensively damaged,
however, the reefer still ran so the food was not lost. We winched the
tractor away from the trees and rocks, and slid unit sideways up into the left
hand lane. Towed unit to our facility. Thank you Ascutney Volunteer Fire
Department, Vermont State Police and Vermont Transit for all your help

Customers driver was fatigued in an ice/snow storm and left I-91 North
at a high rate of speed fully loaded with hardwood flooring. Vermont State Police
thought we might have to off load as it had quite a lean and the load was pushing
out the left side of the trailer. We put in a new ramp with our skid steer and it
came out loaded. Load was delivered the next morning.
